OTR Dry Van Drivers
- Drivers average $1,750 per week*
- Base pay: 47 CPM
- Earn an additional 17 CPM in safety & performance bonuses
- Get home weekly to monthly, depending on location
- Additional pay for weekend availability (Weekend Warrior package)
- More than 60% drop & hook
- Primarily operating in the Midwest
- Up to $7,500 driver referral bonus (OTR only)

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2+ years tractor-trailer experience
- No DUIs in the last 5 years
- Must be 23 years of age or older
