Full-Time Primary Care Physician – Join Our Team at San Diego Sports Medicine and Family Health Center

San Diego Sports Medicine and Family Health Center (SDSM) is one of the largest independently owned primary care group practices in San Diego. With five locations across San Diego, our multidisciplinary practice offers a wide range of services including Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, Urgent Care, Executive Wellness, Physical Therapy, Concierge Medicine, and Firefighter Wellness.

We are seeking a board-certified Family Medicine physician to join our group. This is a full-time position providing comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, with a strong focus on family medicine, preventive care, chronic disease management, and women’s health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment

  • Manage a wide range of primary care needs including preventive medicine, wellness exams, chronic conditions, and women’s health services

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, physical therapists, and other specialists

  • Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EHR


Ideal Candidate

  • Board-certified in Family Medicine

  • Committed to whole-person, long-term patient care

  • Skilled communicator with strong team collaboration abilities

  • Comfortable working in a busy, community-based clinical setting

  • Experience with Epic EHR preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $240,000 – $250,000
