All travel is local between the clinical, dialysis, and hospital sites as dictated by patient demand, no overnight travel. Approximately 65% of employment happens at the main hospital and clinic site of petitioner, located in Muncie, Indiana. The remaining 35% of employment is spent between dialysis centers and rural clinics. Travel to these sites occurs each week, sometimes multiple times each week, on a rotating schedule.
