Where : Lenawee County
When : Aprox 11/7/2022-3/31/2023
Shifts : Day 7am to 7pm, night 7pm to 7am (no swing shifts)
PAY: Competitive rate of pay plus Housing, Airfare and Mileage!
Number of day providers : 2 (1 in the ICU, 1 non-ICU)
Average patient census , 8-12; average day admits 1-3. Average night census - Telemedicine, average night admits - telemedicine
Codes - Sound team-Inpatient & ICU, Hospitalist responds to Rapid Response Team
ICU Providers skills required: Central Line, Intubation, Vent Management & set up, Pressor management
Specialties available : Card, Gen Surg, Hem/Onc, Neph, Neuro, Pulmon, Ortho, Urol
Hospitalist Needed in the Upper Peninsula ( Dickson County), Michigan!
Where:
When : Aprox 11/7/2022-3/31/2023
Shifts Day 7am to 7pm. No swing or night shifts
Open IC U with 4 ICU and 4 IMC beds. Hospital has 49 beds
Number of providers : Day 1 ICU/1Non-ICU, 1 APP
Average day censu s, 25-30, Average Day admits 2-5
Night providers - Telehealth, average night admits 2-5
Shift responsibilities : Day Non-ICU and APP manage all floor patients.
Codes: ED Doc and ICU doc
Hospitalist responds to Rapid Response codes
All APP's have a designated supervising physician
NO procedures required

ICU Beds 40. Open ICU
APP shift times: Day 7am to 7pm, Night 7pm to 7am (no swing)
Day providers 12, night providers 6
Average day census 260, average day admits 30
Average night census 400, average night admits 10
MD's run codes
Hospitalist responsible for APP supervision
No procedures required
ACLS required
