Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule:
Full-Time: 30+hours/week, Part-Time or 1099 contract Available
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Licensure or License-Eligible in Maryland.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs in school and home settings.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
