Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule:

• Full-Time: 30+hours/week, Part-Time or 1099 contract Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

• Licensure or License-Eligible in Maryland.

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.

• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs in school and home settings.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
