What You’ll Do as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
Design and manage personalized treatment programs based on ABA principles.
Conduct behavioral assessments and update treatment plans as needed.
Lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) through direct supervision and skills development.
Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support consistent care.
Monitor data collection, analyze results, and make informed clinical decisions.
Ensure ethical standards and compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
What We’re Looking For in a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
BCBA certification in good standing.
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Experience developing and supervising ABA programming.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
