7-on/7-off nocturnist role with APP support and tele-CC backup near Pittsburgh. Night hospitalist (Pulmonology/Sleep focus) — permanent, 12-hour nights, 7-on/7-off, one hour from Pittsburgh, inpatient/nocturnist service; APP-supported admissions (~10/night); in-house surgical residents provide procedures; tele-critical care & daytime Pulm/CC support. - Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
- BLS and ACLS required
- Eligible for PA medical license
- Comfortable with nocturnist workflow and APP collaboration

Seeking Nocturnist to join an all-star hospitalist team that?s fully supported by APPs and specialists.
7 on/7 off schedule, 12-hour shift
Support by 2 APPs who help with admissions (approx.. 10/night), cover ICU, codes, etc.
Procedures/lines provided by inhouse General Surgery residents
Intubations provided by ER/Anesthesia
ICU is open but managed almost exclusively by renowned Pulm/CC service
CC services provided in-person during days & via tele CC at night
Tele Critical Care service provided by renowned Pulm/CC program & coordinated by APP
Tele-Hospitalist service provides cross coverage as needed
