This role involves providing direct patient care in a clinical decision unit, including patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN collaborates with medical professionals to ensure effective care delivery and achieve patient outcomes. Candidates must hold an Associates degree in Nursing, a valid multi-state RN license, and relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, with RN-C or CCRN preferred.
Provides direct patient care to include assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of assigned patients. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Education/Other Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing required.
Minimum Experience/Additional Certification: RN-C or CCRN preferred.
Required Licensure and Certifications: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required. Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days. American Heart Association BLS required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire. ACLS and NIHSS required within orientation period.
