Primary Care/ Family Physician South Bend, INCOMPENSATION: $240,000-$270,000 Plus 10% bonusWe are looking for a full-time relationship-centered family Primary Care Physician to add to our team at our near-site employer-sponsored primary care clinic South Bend, IN.We provide high-quality, proactive primary care to adults and children in partnership with local employers or unions. We focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships.
