- 2 weeks per month -- 4 clinic days weekly (Tuesday-Friday)
- 15 - 20 patients daily -- 40 new consults, 20 follow-ups
- Outpatient clinic setting
- Shared call Friday to Friday by phone -- no rounding or admissions
- Required procedures: EMG, Botox, nerve blocks, trigger point injections
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
