Solo 24-hour shifts at a rural critical access hospital—high autonomy and flexible locums schedule. Emergency Medicine physician (BC/BE EM or FM/IM) for locum tenens in Southwestern Washington. 3–4 24-hour shifts/month, on-site solo coverage, ongoing locum assignment at a critical access hospital (≈5,000 visits/year). - Board certified or eligible in EM or FM/IM - Able to work 24-hour solo ED shifts - Prescriptive authority - Experience managing all-age patient population in low-volume/critical access settings - Eligible for rapid credentialing (Axuall)
