Join IES, Integrative Emergency Services, a Texas physician-owned group in Houston. We are hiring full-time, part-time or PRN. W2 with comprehensive benefits or 1099. We are hiring one full-time Nocturnist with a $10k signing bonus for a full-time dedicated Nocturnist position with a one year commitment and PRN for all shifts.

- Position Available: 1 Nocturnist position ($10k starting bonus for FT W2 position with one year commitment); PRN - all shifts
- Physician Shifts: 6 AM - 3 PM; 2 PM - 12 AM; 8 PM - 6 AM
- Physician Coverage: 29 hours

Compensation
- Compensation Plan: All RVU & QSP Quality Safety Performance payment metrics pay (paid monthly)
- W2: $251/hr average; ranges from $220/hr - $285/hr (all RVU & QSP) &
- 1099: $265/hr average (all RVU & QSP)
- Night Shift Differential: $30/hr
- Income Guarantee: first 90 days
- Starting Bonus: $10,000 for dedicated Nocturnist full-time position with 12 month commitment
