What Success Looks Like in This Role:
- Strategic Impact: Within 12 months, deliver financial strategies that improve organizational sustainability and align with long-term growth goals.
- Operational Efficiency: Reduce financial inefficiencies by implementing predictive models and process improvements that increase accuracy and speed of reporting.
- Compliance Excellence: Achieve 100% compliance with federal, state, and private funding requirements while maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Executive Partnership: Provide actionable insights for CEO and Board decisions, resulting in measurable improvements in revenue, ROI, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team that exceeds performance benchmarks.
What You Bring:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 10+years of progressive executive finance experience, including leadership roles in complex nonprofit environments.
- Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, and grant management.
- A proven ability to lead with integrity, stewardship, and vision. You are skilled at turning financial data into actionable strategies.

Compensation & Benefits:
$134,697 - $168,371 DOE

Location & Schedule: Full-time, exempt position with flexibility to meet organizational needs. Position works onsite in Klamath County, Oregon. Eligible for occasional remote work.
