Step into a leadership role within a nationally recognized behavioral health program that has served the region for decades. This position combines clinical care with medical directorship responsibilities and provides dedicated administrative time. Position Details:- Monday through Friday schedule with no call
- Approximately 80% clinical and 20% administrative time
- Clinical work available in inpatient or outpatient settings
- Ability to focus on adults, child and adolescent, or all ages
- Collaborative team with strong clinical and administrative support
- Manageable patient volume with time for mentoring and supervision
Compensation & Benefits:- Salary structure with earning potential over $400,000, including Medical Director stipend

Candidate Profile:- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Trained in Adult or Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Eligible for medical licensure in Mississippi
- Experience or interest in leadership and program development
- Comfort working in team-based behavioral health settings
