A health services network in Texas is currently seeking a licensed medical professional, with a strong Family Medicine background, for a promising position at one of their facilities in Houston.
About the Opportunity:- Specialty: Family Medicine
- Setting: Outpatient
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Patient Population: Senior Health
Responsibilities:The Family Medicine Physician will be responsible for:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs;
- Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers
- Conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Ensuring a fluid and positive in-office patient experience
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:- Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of Texas
- Board Eligible / Certified in Family Medicine
- Primary Care background
- Experience working with the Geriatric and/or Senior population
