- Description: Locums to PERM CRNASchedule: Monday - Friday 7a-3:30p OR4x10s/week 7am starts3 month block to start before converting to permLodging provided by clientDepartment Description: small rural hospital 99 beds CRNAs are expected to work independently but have supervision and support 24/7. Bread and butter cases! NO heads/hearts/trauma. Peds ENT cases only. Occasional OB casesSupport Staff: Anesthesiologists OR and Pr/Post Op staffPatient Volume: 5-6 starts per dayPatient Age Group: 85 adults 10 OB for epidurals only 3 adolescences 2 3-5yrs for ENT cases onlySpecial Procedures/Unit Details: bread and butter. MUST be able to perform epidurals on OB casesPrivileging Timeline: 60-120 daysWILLING to license Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 07:00 - 15:30
