Hybrid role – 4 days onsite at one of the following locations:
Atlanta, GA • La Vista, NE • Oakdale, MN • Scottsdale, AZ • St. Petersburg, FL
The Wealth Operations Specialist supports independent financial advisors and internal teams by processing client account documentation and service requests. This role is integral to advisor transitions, account onboarding, account maintenance, and day-to-day brokerage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and process account opening, maintenance, rep change, and transition paperwork
- Support independent financial advisors with high-quality client service
- Review and follow up on brokerage and non-brokerage account requests
- Serve as a subject matter resource within brokerage operations
- Coordinate with clearing firms and update workflow systems
- Answer inbound/outbound calls and document activity accurately
- Cross-train and provide backup support during high-volume periods
- 2–3 years of related experience; financial services experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to learn brokerage systems (NetX360, Wealthscape, Salesforce, FEI, eQuipt)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
Preferred: FINRA SIE and/or Series 7, broker-dealer experience, Smartsheet or Envestnet exposure.
