This position is for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician in the Indianapolis, IN Metro Area providing outpatient primary care at a Federally Qualified Health Center. The role includes flexible scheduling with a four-day work week option, phone call-only secondary on-call duties, and a manageable patient census averaging 18-22 patients per day.
