Daytime, consistent Mon–Fri schedule with temp-to-hire potential. CNC Machine Operator in Durham, NY. Full-time days (8:00AM–4:30PM), Mon–Fri. Our client, a leader in metal fabrication and assembly manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join their team.  As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the fabrication and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Durham, NY

Pay Range: $24.00/hr

Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday through Friday
 

What's the Job?

• Operate computer-controlled machinery including semi-automated sheet metal folders, metal sheers, and CNC cutting tables
• Assist in fabricating metal components and working with fabric and tube materials for blind assembly
• Pack and palletize finished products ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Support the roller shade fabrication team by cutting fabric and assembling blinds
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
