This role is for board-eligible or board-certified gastroenterology physicians to join a growing practice offering primarily office-based GI procedures with flexible schedules and limited call duties. The position includes competitive compensation up to the 75th percentile of MGMA benchmarks, ownership opportunities in an ambulatory surgery center (ASC), health benefits, and professional development allowances. Physicians will have a significant role in shaping practice growth and service delivery alongside experienced nurse practitioner support.

Job details:
- Start Date: As soon as credentialled
- Schedule: Option for a 4- or 5-day workweek. ONLY OFFICE PROCEDURES!
- Call: 1:4 weekend call and one weeknight per week
- Practice has its own ASC
- Incoming physicians will be instrumental in driving the direction, growth, and service excellence of the practice, with the potential to gain ownership of the ASC over the next five years.
- Support: Clinics are primarily managed by experienced nurse practitioners who handle most patient interactions and after-hours phone calls
Job Requirements:
- Board Eligible (must obtain certification within 3 years of employment) or Board Certified in GI
- AL license (or willing to obtain)
- Advanced GI procedures experience (preferred)
- Clean license and malpractice history (preferred)
