Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current Arkansas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Candidates with multi-state licensure are preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for travel across the service area.
- Experience in home health settings required. Experience with CMS documentation and home health outcome measures is preferred.
- Ability to evaluate functional status, develop and document PT plan of care per state and agency guidelines.
- Ability to participate in weekend rotation and potential availability on observed holidays as needed.
- Willingness to visit patients across the agency service area and to float to other nearby agencies as needed.
