Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid state of Wisconsin medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in the appropriate specialty-specific Board of the
• American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
• Completion of an ACGME accredited Residency training in Family Practice or Internal
• Medicine
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to keep an open mind
• Innate curiosity, determination, and drive
