Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg day shift position requiring ACLS, BLS, PALS, and at least three years of nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Med/Surg department at a modern facility in rural Northeast Oregon
- Care for both adult and pediatric patients
- Day shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week including every other weekend
- Collaborate with two or three other nurses and a full-time Hospitalist physician
- 13-week contract assignment
- Responsible for providing care to a mixed adult and pediatric patient population
- Work with a supportive team structure including experienced nursing staff and a Hospitalist physician
- Role is in a newly built, contemporary hospital setting
- Scheduled to work every other weekend
Requirements
- Active OR RN license required
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
