CRNA Full-Time Locum Tenens

Travel Expenses Covered Independent Practice Peripheral Nerve Blocks Required

We are seeking an experienced, autonomous Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a CRNA-only, independent practice facility in Rocky Mount, Virginia just 30 minutes south of Roanoke and close to scenic Smith Mountain Lake.

• Setting: Hospital with 2 ORs and 2 procedure rooms (typically 3 rooms running daily)

• Practice Model: 100% independent CRNA no MD supervision

• Start Date: January 2026

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 3:30 PM

• Call Coverage:

  • Weekdays: 3:30 PM 11:00 PM

  • Weekends: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM (rotating)

• General Surgery

• GYN

• ENT

• Plastics

• Podiatry

• Hand Surgery

• Pediatric Urology

• GI / Endoscopy

Peripheral nerve blocks required
Must be comfortable working independently across full CRNA scope

• Must be comfortable in an unsupervised setting

• Willing to license Open to CRNAs without a Virginia license
