This position is for a Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to provide outpatient clinical care in Granby, CT. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, managing medications, and ordering diagnostic tests, with a Monday through Friday schedule and shared call.
