- Daily 6 am - 6 pm with weekend coverage 1 in 3
- Patient encounters per shift vary with 1 - 3 admissions
- Rounding with surgeon and first assisting in OR as needed
- Procedures include A-line, central line, thoracentesis, chest tube placement
- Call response time required within 20 minutes
- Call ratio 1 in 3
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Hospital privileges required
