Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
- Attainable Bonus Program

Requirements & Must Haves
- 2–3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant and full bar environment
- Strong background in managing bar programs and bartenders in lively, nightlife-driven settings
- Advanced LBW knowledge (beer, wine, elevated cocktails) with experience leading elite bar teams
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using multiple systems
- Hands-on leader who manages with accountability, respect, and presence on the floor
- Highly detail-oriented, focused on consistency, standards, and guest experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant and bar operations in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
- Recruit, train, and inspire strong FOH, BOH, and Bar Teams
- Maintain operational excellence through consistency in service, systems, and execution
- Strategically drive sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction
