A board eligible/board certified pediatric physician is sought to join a well-established practice in eastern New Mexico, offering a flexible 4-day workweek with a balanced schedule of patient care and administrative duties. The role includes call rotation, competitive compensation with benefits such as CME allowance, malpractice insurance, and relocation support. Seeking BE/BC Pediatric trained physician to join established practice in eastern New Mexico.

Practice Highlights:

Monday - Friday Schedule: Provider will have 36 hours of scheduled patient care and 4 hours of administrative time per week. 4-day work week option.
Call is in rotation with the group and is limited to 1:3
Patient Volume is average 15 to 25 patients per day
Student Loan Forgiveness Eligible (NHSC, PSLF, NM Health Professional Loan Repayment Program)
