Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for an acute care assignment requiring active IL licensure and BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Position is in an acute care setting within the occupational therapy department
- 13-week contract
- 10-hour day shifts on Saturday and Sunday, plus an additional 10-hour day on either Monday or Friday
- EMR system used is Epic
- Orientation includes 12 non-billable hours
- No radius rule, but local rates apply to candidates living within 50 miles of the facility
- COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this assignment
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license in IL or proof of application in progress (license required if applicable)
- Minimum of 1 year recent Occupational Therapy experience
- Current BLS certification required
- All licenses and certifications must be active at the time of consideration
- Negative drug screen for all panels required
