WCS Healthcare has a client with an opening for a Director role in their Community Health Clinic. This is a Clinical and Administrative combination position. You will work with leadership and clinical staff to continually improve patient care, while working 3/4 of time seeing patients. There is the opportunity to work both in-person and remote! Job Description:
Compensation : $195000 - $215000 Job ID : 29102
Job Function:
- Combination of overseeing clinic provider staff at clinic and having own patient panel.
- Expect 70% clinical and 30% admin overseeing clinic and staff.
- Participate in meetings with medical leadership to promote consistency.
- Provide clinical oversight for improvement and development of organization and site.
- Exam patients and diagnose and treat; consult with specialists and provide overall care.
- Clinic is open 5 days a week but work a combo of in-person and remote hours.
Job Requirements:
- Must be BE/BC in IM or FM.
- Need to have a MA license.
- Spanish or Portuguese a plus but not required.
- Will consider J1 or H1B.
