The Mammography Technologist III performs diagnostic and screening mammography and breast sonography, assists radiologists with biopsies and special procedures, and applies radiation protection principles. The role may include driving a mobile mammography unit to various community locations and supporting general radiographic and office duties. This position requires certification, relevant experience, and a commitment to compassionate patient care within a healthcare setting.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.
- Required Education: Successful completion of an accredited Radiological Technologyprogram.
- Certifications: State licensure may be required depending on the specific state of practice. Must be certified by the ARRT. R.T(M) + R.T. (BS) or RDMS (BR) or obtains certification in mammography. (Breast Ultrasound Certification)
- Other: Skills and Knowledge with Breast Biopsy and Needle Localization procedures
