We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to become part of an established, patient-centered outpatient practice in Saratoga Springs, New York. Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
• Work collaboratively as part of a physician-led care team.
• Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours dedicated to direct patient contact.
• Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage.
• Perform telemedicine coverage on designated weekends every few months.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) with potential for increased compensation.
• Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient records.
• See an average of patients per day.
• Optional opportunities in hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles.
• Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (within 5 years or eligibility to achieve certification).
• Active New York State medical license (or willingness to obtain).
• DEA and ACLS certifications by start date.
• Clean malpractice and licensing history.
• Commitment to working full-time with a 4- or 5-day schedule.
• Strong interest in providing primary care for all age groups.
