- Ratio information: The staffing plan has a 1 to 4 ratio but sometimes it may be a 1 to 5 depending on the number of admits and discharges happening during the day.

Unit information: We only do about 300 deliveries a year. Two nurses on per shift. We do have the OB nurses take the Postpartum patients if no Labor patients.
