What You’ll Do:

• Manage renewals and re-shop policies when needed.
• Handle endorsements, billing questions, and claims assistance with professionalism.
• Monitor and follow up on carrier downloads and non-pay cancellations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Florida 2-20 license (required).
• Previous independent agency experience strongly preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
