The Travel Retail Sales Merchandiser is responsible for providing in-store merchandising support including building displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales. This role requires frequent travel, up to 50% or more, involving overnight stays, and demands physical tasks such as lifting and stock handling. Strong customer service skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and in teams are essential for success in this position.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time. Now, about you:

Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
You’re 18 years or older
Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
Have reliable transportation to and from work location
Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
