RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities:
As a Loan Officer at Allianze Mortgage Services, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Self-Generating mortgage leads.
- Meeting with loan applicants to gather personal and financial information.
- Explaining various loan options, terms, loan types and terms to applicants.
- Verifying and qualifying applicants' credit scores and incomes.
- Evaluating applicants' financial circumstances to determine loan eligibility.
- Approving or denying loan applications in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and have an NMLS endorsement in good standing.
- At least 5 year of experience with Fair Housing regulations.
- 5 years of experience in loan origination.
- Strong sales experience and a proven track record.
Location:
Hybrid remote work is available, with an office in Whittier, CA. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Whittier, CA .
