Faculty role with surgical oncology focus and comprehensive recruitment package including medical debt assistance. BC/BE Otolaryngologist (Head & Neck Surgical Oncology). Employed, permanent faculty position in Central Texas (≈90 min from Dallas). Schedule Mon–Fri with 4 hrs admin/week; typical split 3 clinic days and 2 surgery days; shared clinic call; Epic EMR. - Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck surgical oncology experience or fellowship preferred - Ability to work in an employed faculty practice and participate in shared call - Eligible to obtain Texas medical license - Comfortable with Epic EMR and surgical first assist model
