- 2 days per week on-site, any 2 days Monday - Saturday
- 9 am - 6 pm schedule
- 90% adult outpatient with 10% adolescent ages 13 - 17
- Outpatient clinic setting
- Will supervise 2 psychiatric nurse practitioners
- Med management, Spravato, and Ketamine procedures
- Clinic expansion with growth opportunities
- Expanding practice with new 3000 sq ft clinic location
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
