This position is for a hospital-employed Urgent Care physician in Ohio, working 12-hour shifts covering urgent care and family practice services with scheduled diagnostic appointments. The role includes comprehensive benefits such as vacation, CME allowances, retirement plans, malpractice insurance, relocation assistance, bonuses, and loan repayment options. The position requires a two-year contract with rotating weekends and a patient load of approximately 30 patients per day.
Hospital employed Urgent Care opportunity The facility consists of both Urgent Care and Family Practice and will be open 7 days/wk, 8am-8pm. Office Hours: 8:00a-8:00p (6 or 7) 12 hour shifts per two week pay period; Rotating weekends Lab, x-ray and pharmacy have same hours of operation as the UC services Family practice, CT, MRI and Ultrasound are by scheduled appointments 1 nurse per provider, 2 providers per day 30 patients per day IV pumps, slit lamp, basic instruments, AED, EKG2-year contract also includes: Vacation: 232 hours PTO. Additional 40 hours when producing 75%tile wRVUs CME/Books & Journals: 40 hours PTO and up to $5000 Deferred compensation: 457b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $23,500 year before taxes. No matching. Retirement / Savings Plan: 403b plan. Defer compensation up to IRS limit of $23,500 year before taxes under age 50 and $31,000 for over age 50. Matches dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay. Moving Expense: $10,000 paid to moving company Malpractice Insurance Coverage: in a claims made insurance, in an amount of $2,000,000, per claim/$6,000,000, aggregate Health Insurance: provider pays small premium, deducted from paycheck Bonus Incentives: excellent bonus incentives up to 10% of salary Medical School Loan Repayment: repay up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment) Sign on Bonus: 15% of base salary up to $100,000 (paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2-4 years) Residency Stipend: up to $25,000 (requires up to 2 year service commitment)
