Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Pain Medicine Physician
Fellowship trained (ACGME accreditation required)
Accepting Anesthesiology or PM&R trained candidates
Outpatient clinic setting - Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Full-time position
Main locations: Midland, Alma, and Clare
Additional satellite coverage possible in Gladwin, West Branch, and Saginaw
Work alongside physicians, APPs, and nursing support staff
Procedures include MBB, RFAs, stim trials and other bread-and-butter interventional techniques
Flexible on procedures - can tailor based on your skill set
Medication management required only when clinically appropriate
Patients: Chronic pain referrals (not limited to personal injury)
No formal call schedule - only occasional consult calls from physicians
Organization Information:Nationwide pain management group partnering with rural community hospitals near metropolitan cities

1099 position
Two-year income guarantee
After year two: collections-based model (100% of professional fees less direct expenses)
