Must have:
· ICU experience
· Experience with neuro/stroke patients
Preferred or nice to have:
· Neuroscience ICU experience
· Experience with Meditech documentation system
· Ability to care for 4-5 patients if pulled to neuroscience stepdown unit
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Ventriculostomy insertion
· s/p thrombectomy procedures
· s/p TPA administration
· s/p tumor resection and biopsy
· Lumbar drain and ventric management
· Q1 hr Pupillometer monitoring

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
· BLS, ACLS & NIHSS
Floating Area(s):
· Within the hospital. Ability to care for 4-5 patients if pulled to neuroscience step down unit
