Indiana facility; duration: locum tenens (short-term until hire). EMR: paper charting. - MD/DO licensed in Indiana or valid CSR/DEA and accepting IMLC
- Board-certified/eligible in Anesthesiology
- Current ACLS and BLS
- Experience in OR settings with multiple rooms (3 ORs)
- Ability to work variable daytime schedules, weekends as required

Job Description & Requirements Anesthesiology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8;10 Pay Rate: $315.25 - $341.25 This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Call & Requirements: 5 days/week, may include weekends. Hours vary with exit order: 6:30am arrival exits at 1p, 3p, 6p. Typically 40-45 hours/week. No nights. No holidays. No call; If working weekends-1:5 Saturday, typically 1-2 cases and out by 1:00p Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Paper Charting Certifications required: ACLS, BLS, and Indiana CSR/DEA Number of Operating Rooms: 3 Accepting IMLC
