Compensation & Benefits
- Fee-for-service model with estimated annual income: $144,982 $171,978
- Biweekly pay with no cap on productivity income

Qualifications
- Active Washington license as a PMHNP or Psych PA
- Independent practice and billing eligibility required
- DEA license for Washington
