About the Role We are seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with a keen interest or experience in emergency medicine. While experience is preferred, we are committed to training motivated new graduates. As a key member of our care team, you will deliver exceptional patient care, collaborate with experienced physicians, and engage in continuous learning. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients presenting with low to moderate acuity levels Perform comprehensive patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and consultation Work independently or as part of a collaborative treatment team Interpret medical test results such as EKGs, x-rays, and laboratory tests Perform a variety of bedside clinical procedures Qualifications Wisconsin Medical License: RN & APN or Physician Assistant Active DEA License Certifications: BLS & Advanced Life Support (ACLS, ATLS, PALS as applicable) Why Join Us? Annual Visits: Approximately 26,000, with 25% in Urgent CareEMR System: Cerner Consultation services are available for ENT, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Pediatrics, and OB/GYN, with 24/7 phone consultation available for Cardiology. Patients requiring specialized services in Neurology, Urology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Trauma, and Oncology are transferred as needed.
