Our job summary

Manager, Client Leadership will deliver strategic brand insights and analytics projects—covering brand performance measurement, segmentation, journey mapping, portfolio strategy and positioning—while owning phases of projects, executing questionnaires and reports, and guiding junior team members. The role requires data analysis, insights generation, project management, quality checks, proposal support, and continuous improvement to optimize delivery across medium-to-low complexity accounts and support higher complexity work. Requires 2+ years' related experience (market research/quantitative methods preferred), proficiency with MS Office and analytic tools (e.g., SPSS), strong communication, and a bachelor’s in a relevant discipline; location Chicago (hybrid) supporting US Central-West accounts.
