Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner for a full-time permanent Outpatient Cardiology Opportunity in Philadelphia, PA!
This dynamic provider will be joining a busy outpatient cardiology office with a M-F Daytime schedule 8am - 5pm. This office give patients access to a comprehensive network that provides care for all vascular and cardiac conditions including:
- Heart Failure
- Arrhythmias
- Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
- Coronary Artery Disease
- Congenital Heart Disease
- Aortic Aneurysms
Responsibilities: Performs complete history & physical with documentation, order and collects data, relevant supporting diagnostic information and diagnostic procedures where indicated. The APP may serve as the first responder for both nursing and house staff in the event of patient status changes, orders, and in situations requiring procedural and resuscitative interventions. Demonstrates professional practice behaviors including: preceptor/mentoring, education and instruction of graduate students. Actively participates in advanced practice grand rounds and specialty specific meetings.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- National Board Certification as a Primary/Family Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- BLS Certification
