How you'll make an impact
You’ll be the key relationship manager for a set of client accounts. You’ll lead complex, self-funded clients and act as their first point of contact. You’ll plan the annual strategy, handle day-to-day needs, and keep clients informed on market and compliance changes. You’ll connect clients with the right Gallagher resources, from pharmacy to retirement to HR consulting, so they get the support they need. You’ll partner with your account team to deliver a smooth renewal and help us meet a 95% retention target. You’ll also mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and help build a learning culture that reflects The Gallagher Way.

About You
Required: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.
- You’ve managed client accounts or claims for 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree; or you bring 10+ years of client coordination or claims experience without a degree.
- You hold the required licenses and/or certifications for this work in your location.
- You can travel about 25% of the time.
- You can explain complex topics in simple terms to clients and colleagues.
- You plan work, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving day.
- You give and receive feedback with care and use it to improve how you work.
- You guide and support teammates, including new hires, to build skills and confidence.
- You use Microsoft Windows and MS Office to create clear documents, analyses, and presentations.
- You align to ethical standards, protect confidentiality, and uphold The Gallagher Way.
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. and can complete a background check if offered the role.
