Our client, a bakery manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Line Operator to join their team. As a Production Line Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Packaging and Manufacturing Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, attention to detail, and dependability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Line Operator
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Pay Range: $20 an Hour
What’s the Job?
- Set up, operate, and maintain production line equipment in a bakery manufacturing environment
- Monitor production processes and perform quality and safety checks to meet GMP standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and make minor repairs or adjustments as needed
- Support line operations by supplying materials, assisting team members, and maintaining workflow
- Complete end‑of‑shift equipment shutdown, housekeeping, and required documentation
What’s Needed?
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 6–12 months of experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry over 20 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing setting that may include dry, cooler, or freezer areas
- Strong reliability, attendance, and ability to follow safety, quality, and company procedures
