Our job summary

The role is for an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician providing locum tenens coverage in Hanover, PA, with responsibilities including labor and delivery, ER triage, postpartum care, and gynecological cases. Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting for an experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician for locum tenens coverage in Hanover, Pennsylvania (PA) to begin as soon as credentialed, with ongoing coverage, the role offers a competitive market rate and benefits.

The Obstetrics and Gynecology role:

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Coverage Details:

In-house 24-hour call shifts: 7am-7am
Minimum: 1 shift/week or 4/month
Preferred: 7-8 shifts/month
Schedule runs Monday-Monday
Estimated shifts/month: 8

Responsibilities:

Cover Labor & Delivery, ER, triage, postpartum care, and GYN cases
Typical daily volume:
- 1-2 L&D cases
- 4-5 triage cases
Solo coverage required

EMR System: EPIC

Requirements:

PA License Active and unrestricted, or IMLC (LOQ in hand)

BC-Obstetrics/Gynecology, or Truly Board Eligible.

BLS, ACLS
