Schedule Requirements Shift Requirements: Rotating or staggered shifts are required at least every third week, based on departmental needs. Day shifts: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Staggered shifts: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM or as caseload dictates Overtime: Required for all shifts as needed by the department. Call Requirements: 1–2 call nights per week, plus alternating weekends.
